Description
One to one Classical Pilates online session (60 mins). For an online session, all your recipient needs is an email address and an internet connection. After a thorough consultation about the recipient’s movement and injury history, clear instruction and feedback will be given on Pilates mat work and appropriate corrective exercises. Though not strictly necessary, I strongly recommend the use of a 90cm foam roller for online sessions. It is a great tool for learning about spinal alignment and body position.
